PRAYER FOR RELIEFHeavenly Father,
Thank you for the blessing of this day. Thank you for YOUR love and YOUR protection. Thank you for the gift of breath and of life. On this day we pray for our brothers and sisters who are not as fortunate as we are. We ask that YOUR angels will surround and encamp them. Send them the help that they so desperately need. Use us in any way possible to support them. Right now we make ourselves available to you Oh LORD to be used. We pray for food and shelter and heat and warm showers. LORD we pray that families are reconnected that those who are lost will be found without injury or harm. We pray right now in YOUR matchless name that this will be a wake up sign to your children. To love honor and respect the gift of life. To love honor and respect each other. To love honor and respect YOU Oh LORD. And to realize that no day is promised. We ask these things in YOUR loving matchless name knowing the blessing is already released. -AMEN- The staff and family of RTMUSA would like to extend special love, support, and of course, our prayers to every family that has been affected by Sandy. Truly WE have ALL been emotionally affected. But some have sustained indescribable devastation. HELLO PRINCESSES,
The Bible tells us that love is patient, love is kind, it keeps no record, etc. What is true love? I asked myself today.. where in my life is the presence of true, unadulterated, love. When I look at my son I know that he will one day grow up and meet a wonderful woman and start a family of his own. While I expect to play a large role in his family life, I don't know if that will really be the case. There are so many questions about this thing we call love and our search for it. Our desire to have it. A woman's innate desire to be told 'it'. To discern when the real thing has come along or just a 'canal street' counterfeit (NYC reference). I am committing myself to a 30-day journey to identify all the love around me. To be aware and present to the goodness that GOD has placed around me. To be a human light-post for love shining on those who I come into contact with. I invite you to take this journey with me. Take a 30-day moment, take notice and let me know what you discover.
